Jean Hausmann, LCSW - Family Therapy Specialist
Jean enjoys assisting her clients by utilizing creative interventions that can be applied across environments. For over a decade, Jean has worked with children, adolescents, emerging adults and families in a variety of settings. Most recently she has spent the past five years working as a clinician and administrator in academic settings. She has specialized training with anxiety, mood disorders, social and behavioral issues, trauma, transitional planning, and academic and classroom supports. Jean utilizes a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy, and other expressive therapies.
Jean enjoys partnering with parents, caregivers, and other providers. She is active within the social work community and has engaged in research projects within the education sector. Jean enjoys working as a collaborative member of the Oak Tree team.
She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her master of social work from Rhode Island College in 2008. She also has a bachelor of science from Roger Williams University. Jean also received specialized training and certification as a child and adolescent yoga instructor with ChildLight Yoga.
Jean has experience providing Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy.
Sophia Jelsma, LCSW - Family Therapy Specialist
Sophia equips children and families with the tools to manage big emotions more effectively. To meet children's needs in sessions, she uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and play therapy. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and will include this form of therapy when appropriate.
She attended the University of Southern California for her Master's in Social Work and Northwestern University for her undergraduate degree. During her education, she studied the impact that social media has on youth. She works to keep children engaged in their homes, schools, and communities through a healthy relationship with technology.
Sophia has worked with those living with ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma across the lifespan. She knows families need hope and provides that through compassionate care and coordinating with your other health providers.
Madison Cramer, LCSW - Family Therapist Specialist
Madison is a passionate behavior therapist who obtained her Masters in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, specializing and focusing on work with children and families. Madison has extensive experience working with children in a variety of settings. Throughout Madison’s experiences, she has specialized in working with mood disorders, anxiety, social and behavioral issues, and autism spectrum disorder in individual and group settings. Madison’s most recent field experience supporting adolescents in higher levels of care provided a unique experience of working closely with families, individuals, and groups. Madison has additionally worked in clinical and school settings, focusing on behavior change and management. In working with families, Madison emphasizes working as a unit to provide parent training and education to support building a healthy bond and environment.
With certifications in behavior therapy, Madison highlights and recognizes unique individual differences to provide specialized care for each individual. Using a strengths-based perspective, Madison focuses on building and utilizing skills from each individual’s distinctive characteristics and perceptions. In doing so, Madison emphasizes building honest and communicative relationships.
Madison is also well-versed in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotional-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy.
Haley Jewell, LCSW - Family Therapy Specialist
Haley received her Master’s Degree in Social Work, specializing in Children and Families, from Loyola University Chicago. Haley’s passion is collaborating with children, their families, and their community by using strength-based therapeutic approaches to support and navigate reaching goals while strengthening relationships. Haley has extensive experience collaborating with therapeutic teams, teachers, and medical health professionals. Haley has specialized training in, anxiety, mood disorders, social and behavior concerns, crisis management, ADHD, and children with other developmental/cognitive delays in individual and group settings. Haley has a strong background in transitional planning, academic and classroom support, family therapy, and parent training and education. Haley has experience providing therapeutic services in various settings, such as schools, hospitals, and therapeutic outpatient practices.

Janell E Arroyo, LPC – Individual, Children & Family Specialist
Janell is an energetic psychotherapist who specializes in individual, child, and family therapy. Janell is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her master’s in clinical mental health from Northwestern University. Janell has a background in exercise science and community health & and wellness, promoting fitness and play while nourishing healthy family habits. Janell’s experience includes mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, social health, behavioral issues, and parent behavioral training. Janell delivers a well-rounded treatment plan based on various theories, including person (child) centered therapy, CBT, DBT, and play therapy, as well as transition adjustment, family dynamics, and strength-based therapy. Janell works on a collaborative approach for individuals and families working towards growth and healing.
